Visa approval letter is a letter which is sent to you from Vietnam Immigration Department. It is formed on the A4 size paper. This letter informs you about visa application status whether it is accepted or denied.

If your application has accepted, the letter will show these information:

• The date you can arrive and leave: You should arrive between this period of time. You can neither arrive earlier than the entry date nor exit later than the exit date which are indicated in the visa approval letter.
• Purpose of your visit (business or tourist).
• Your type of your visa (single or multiple entries).
• A declaration that you can receive a visa at the airport where you will arrive at.
