Just like all other citizens in the world, an Armenian passport holder must have a visa to enter Vietnam.

There is no embassy of Vietnam in Armenia & The embassy of Vietnam Close to Armenia : Iraq, Turkey & Iran.

In case you wish stay for more than 30 days or want a visa with multiple-entries, you are advised to to contact with a travel agent in Vietnam to arrange a visa approval letter that allows you to pick up your visa on arrival at the international airport where you arrive Vietnam.
