1 Click the website https://www.vietnam-evisa.com/apply/ and choose Visa On Arrival to complete the visa application form.
2 Choose “the express service” and the time you want to get “the approval letter”. At the weekend, “the approval letter” will be sent by 12:30 PM or 7 PM at the same day (the extra fee is 120 USD).
3 Do the online payment following the total amount shown in the website.
4 The approval letter will be sent to you via email. Then printing it out to present for boarding the airplane. In rushed cases, you can also show it in your mobile phone.
5 Prepare some required documents to get the visa stamp on arrival:

  • Cash (25 USD for 1-month single entry)
  • The approval letter (print it out)
  • The visa application form (at the Visa On Arrival counter)
  • 2 photos sized 3×4 (you can also take some photos at the airports)
  • Original passport (its validity must be at least 6 months and there are still at least 2 blank pages)
