1. When Applying Evisa online

Through tourism agencies, you will easily complete the process to get E-visa.

Step 1: Complete the online visa application form via website by filling in every required information such as name, date of birth, passport, the gate you choose to enter (8 international airports, 16 border gates and 9 sea ports) …

At this step, you need to upload your passport photo and digital photo. So, please prepare it in advance. You can take a photo by using your cellphone but make sure it is clear enough.

Step 2: Do the online payment

Tourism purpose: 40 USD/person

Business purpose: 55 USD/person

In addition, you don’t need to pay for any other fees when arriving Vietnam.

Step 3: After 48 working hours, you will receive E-visa via email.

2. When coming to Vietnam

With this E-visa, you just need to print it out and show it to enter Vietnam. Therefore, E-visa has to be done before boarding the airplane. Beside Evisa, you surely need a valid passport (valid more than 6 months at your exit date, and have at least 2 blank pages).

If you are going to stay longer in Vietnam, it is possible to extend your visa some days before the expired date.
