While applying for the visa on arrival, you are required to carry these following documents:

1/ Your recent photographs and it should be 2X2 inches and identical (you should bring at least 2 photos).

• The size of the image from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head needs to be 1 inch to 13/8 inches.
• The photographs can be colored or in black and white.
• They should have your full face with an off white or plain white background.
• Photographs need to be clicked in normal clothing without headgear or a hat or anything that blurs your hairline or hair.

2/ Valid passport (at least more than 6 months from the entry date).

3/ Vietnamese visa application form (known as entry and exit form, receive at the airport).

4/ Visa approval letter (known as pre-approved visa, must be applied in advance).

• Receive visa approval letter via email.
• Prepare your valid passport and two recent passport size pictures
• Bring these documents to your arrival airport
• Pay the stamping fees and be immediately granted a visa

Note: Conditions and specifications for obtaining a Vietnam visa:

• Your passport must have a validity of at least half a year.
