How long does it take to obtain a Vietnam visa? This is a common question many people ask when applying Vietnam visa.

It normally takes 2 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to get Vietnam visa. It means that you must wait 2 working days from the date you submit all information about your inquiry visa to us to get the visa.

In case your entry date is coming soon, or other reasons that you cannot wait such a long time, you can use express service.

This service allows you to get your visa sooner than 2 working days, for example 8 hours, 4 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour. Depending on the express service you choose, you need to pay the different extra fee.

Price and procedure for use express service:

When you apply visa, you will see the add-on services in the bottom of the page, you click on Express Services and choose the one you want to use. The price will appear with the express time you choose.

Please note: The time will be counted on the working hours. If time is not enough to be counted on that date, it will be counted on the next date (base on Vietnam time zone GMT+7). For example, you add a “8 working hours express service” at 11AM today, you will get your visa at 6PM tomorrow (because today is not enough 8 working hours for processing at the Immigration Department).
